(73) ( ) (60) (82.19%) . : . : . .This Research Aim To Build Lawful knowledge Scale In Basket Ball To The Students In Sport Education Department In The Basic Education College In Mosul University.The Researches Use The Descriptive Program By The Seaming And Relative Ways To Be Suitable For The Nature Of Research. The Model Of The Research Is Represented By 3rd And 4th Students In Sport Education Department In The Basic Education College, (73) Students. The Model Of The Research Consist Of (60) Students After Dismissing Stability Model And Experiment Model, So The Model Becomes (82.19%) of the Whole Society Research.The Researchers Conclude that the Building Of Lawful Knowledge Scale In Basket Ball To The Students Of Sport Education Department In The Basic Education College. The Researchers Recommend to Depending On The Scale That Was Prepared On This Research As A Tool In The Terms Examination Of Sport Education Department In Basket Ball Law Syllabus.
