( ). .This paper aim at Knowing the relation between , some of cognitive abilities sense motor and accurate implementation of penalty kick in soccer .The researcher used descriptive curriculum survey method, which fits the nature of the research. The data of the paper consists of players from the soccer team of Sport College, The year 2006-2007 in university of Mosul. They are (22) player. Tests are used to measure the cognitive abilities sense motor, and their number are (3) tests. In addition to that using the tests of accurate implement of penalty kick. The data were treated statistically by using (mathematical medium, criterion deviation, percentage , simple correlation modulus) . The results are as follows: There is an immaterial correlation relation between cognitive abilities sense motor and accurate implementation of penalty kick in soccer .
