الملخص
هدف البحث التعرف إلى العلاقة ونسبة إسهام الممارسات الادارية بأبعادها في الولاء التنظيمي لمدرسي التربية الرياضية. واستخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي وبطريقة الأسلوب المسحي، وتم اختيار مجتمع البحث وعينته بطريقة الحصر الشامل العمدية، حيث اشتمل البحث على مدرسي التربية الرياضية في بعض المدارس الثانوية مركز محافظه نينوى والبالغ عددهم (70) مدرس. واستخدم الباحثون استبيانين، الأول استبيان الممارسات الادارية المعد من قبل (عليان، 2012)، حيث تكون الاستبيان من (42) فقرة. والثاني استبيان الولاء التنظيمي والمعد من قبل (منوبة، 2013)، حيث تكون الاستبيان من (17). وتم معالجة البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام النسبة المئوية، الوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، معامل ألفا (Alpha)، معامل الانحدار الخطي باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS في تحليل البيانات0 وتوصل الباحثون إلى وجود علاقة ونسبة إسهام إحصائية ذات دلالة معنوية للممارسات الادارية بأبعادها في الولاء التنظيمي لتدريسي التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في جامعة الموصل.
