الملخص

. . .The scientific note is considered one of the basics in scouting Studies, which enables a process in recording the variable playing situations of a single player or the team as a whole, which extends to the knowledge of the positives and the negatives of the opponents.Basketball is one of the most important sports that use scouting in the game, and the use of modern technology enhances the recording of the results directly during the game.The abstract of this study uses this method to record the skills of the players of the Iraqi basketball team that played in the Arabic championships that took place in Humus , Syria . The scouting was dependant on the results from the committee organizing the championships, and to analyze and study these results for the Iraqi team and comparing the results for the Iraqi team with other Arabic teams participating in the championships.After discussing the statistics, the researchers have reached to a scientific description of the way of playing of the Iraqi team, which resulted in the success of the team on others in scouting, and that the players need to improve their skills in scoring specially.The research has concluded a number of points; that the direct dependence on scouting and its collaboration with training and making relative studies to body measures and levels physical fitness in addition to the outlined curriculum of offence and defense with scouting.
