الملخص
تقدّم هذه الدراسة تحليلاً أسلوبيًّا نقديًّا موجزًا لأجندة الأمم المتحدة 2030 للتنمية المستدامة، بهدف فهم الكيفية التي تُسهم بها خطابات معيّنة في أهداف التنمية المستدامة (SDGs) في تشكيل أولويات التنمية وبناء مواقف أيديولوجية. وبالاستناد إلى الأسلوبية النقدية لِجيفريز (2010)، تفحص الورقة عشر استراتيجيات من حيث كيفية التمثيل اللغوي للفاعلية والمسؤولية والإجماع. وتُظهر النتائج أن خطاب أهداف التنمية المستدامة يوظّف الاسمية (Nominalisation) والضمائر العامة والتعبيرات التقييمية الغامضة من أجل إضفاء طابع طبيعي على الإجماع العالمي، مع إخفاء علاقات القوة وبُنى عدم المساواة. وتبيّن الورقة أن لغة أهداف التنمية المستدامة ليست محايدة قيميًّا، بل صيغت استراتيجيًّا لنشر صورة متناغمة عن التنمية العالمية، بما يشير إلى ضرورة الانخراط التأمّلي والنقدي في خطاب السياسات الدولية.
