مثيونين ادينوسيل ترانسفيريز ومثيونين سلفوكسايد ردكتيز A وثايوردوكسين وحالة الكرب التأكسدي لدى مرضى قصور الغدة الدرقية

الملخص

 تضمن البحث دراسة مستويات أنزيم مثيونين ادينوسيل ترانسفيريز وبعض المتغيرات الكيموحيوية ألانزيمية وغير الأنزيمية لدى مرضى قصور الغدة الدرقية، أذ شملت المتغيرات ألانزيمية: انزيمات المثيونين سلفوكسايد ردكتيز A ، الثايوريدوكسين، الكتاليز، الميلوبيروكسيديز، اللاكتوبيركسديز، أوكسيديز الزانثين، الكلوتاثايون S-ترانسفيريز، بروتين علامة الشيخوخة-30 وشملت المتغيرات غير الانزيمية الكلوتاثايون, حامض اليوريك، الالبومين، المالوندايالديهايد، البيروكسي نتريت. أجريت الدراسة في مدينة الموصل حيث تضمنت الدراسة 90 نموذجا من مصل دم للأشخاص المصابين بمرض قصور الغدة الدرقية وجمع 50 نموذجا كمجموعة سيطرة.


أشارت النتائج عند مقارنة مرضى قصور الغدة الدرقية مع الاصحاء إلى أن هناك ارتفاع معنوي (p≤0.05) لكل للمتغيرات الانزيمية من (مثيونين ادينوسيل ترانسفيريز, الكاتليز, الزانثين أوكسيديز ،  كلوتاثايونS-ترانسفيريز وانخفاض معنوي لكل من بروتين عامل الشيخوخة-30، كما لوحظ أن هناك ارتفاع معنوي في مستويات مضادات الأكسدة غير الإنزيمية من مالوندايالديهايد وأنخفاض في الالبومين أما بقية المتغيرات لم نلاحظ أي معنوية . لوحظ ان هناك علاقة طردية معنوية بين انزيم مثيونين ادينوسيل ترانسفيريز وكل من انزيمات: بروتين علامة الشيخوخة-30, الميلوبيروكسيديز, وسلفوكسيد الميثيونين ردكتيز, والمالوندايالدهايد, وحامض اليوريك، وبيروكسي نتريت, والالبومين. ووجود علاقة عكسية مع انزيم الكتاليز, وانزيم الزانثين أوكسيديز، وكلوتاثايون، ولايوجد أي علاقة بين انزيم ميثيونين ادينوسيل ترانسفيريز وانزيمات: كلوتاثايون S-ترانسفيريز، واللاكتوبيركسديز, والثايوريدوكسين . بشكل عام استنتجت الدراسة الى ان هناك وجود علاقة وثيقة بين فعالية انزيم MAT والحالة التأكسدية في الجسم لدى مرضى قصور الغدة الدرقية وحدوث خلل في التوازن الأيضي والدفاعات الخلوية.
