Samples of Civil Suits in Mosul Religious Court since 1835 until 1918 Marriage and Divorce.

This study interested in the samples of civil suits in Mosul Religious Court since late Ottman period to 1918 with reference to marriage and divorce is an important source of studying the social economic history of Mosul in this period. It explains the social affairs i.e marriage and divorce and their social and economical consequences since late Ottman period to 1918. It falls into various axes:- marriage, dowry, divorce, payment and nursing
