الملخص

يتحقق التفاعل من خلال قواعد دقيقة مُوضحة في تحليل المحادثة. يعتمد التفاعل على تبادل الأدوار كاستراتيجية تواصلية، مما يُبرز أحد أبرز جوانبه وأكثرها إثارة للاهتمام. للحفاظ على سير المحادثة بسلاسة، يتم تحديد أوقات انتقال الأدوار عند نقاط اكتمال مُحتملة في كلام المتحدث، وبالتالي تجنب المقاطعة. تُعد المقاطعة رمزًا للهيمنة، وتحدث عندما يقاطع المستمع المتحدث الحالي. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بحث دور المقاطعات كاستراتيجية تفاعلية مُستخدمة في برنامج بيرس مورغان "انسنسرد". تُحلل الدراسة حلقات بيرس مورغان مع باسم يوسف وبيرس مورغان مع أندرو. تُكيّف الدراسة نموذج لي (2001) للمقاطعات والتعديلات التي أدخلها الباحثون لتحديد أنواع المقاطعات ووظائفها. تكشف نتائج الدراسة عن وجود ارتباط واضح بين أدوار المُتحاورين وأنواع المقاطعات، وتحديدًا مع مقاطعات الاختلاف في الرأي ومقاطعات أخذ الدور. كما أن للمقاطعات الغير ناجحة نفس الأهمية الوظيفية. لأن تكرار المقاطعات غير الناجحة من قبل المحاورين يؤدي في النهاية إلى أخذ الدور.
