Abstract

The current research aimed to:


- Building a Measure of Organizational Immunity for the Nineveh Youth and Sports Directorate from the Perspective of Employees in its Forums.


The research sample included (270) employees in the forums of the Nineveh Sports and Youth Directorate They are (162) employees for the construction sample of the scale Organizational Immunity represented (9) forums And (33) forms were excluded for the scale for not meeting scientific conditions as well as for not obtaining answers, and thus became the construction sample (129) employee and the proportion of the construction sample from the research community was (47.77%) , The stability sample also consisted of (36) employees who represented the forums of the Nineveh Youth and Sports Directorate, and they were (Al-Samaah Forum, Scientific Sponsorship Forum) Their proportion was (13.33%) of the research community, and the pilot experiment sample consisted of (15) employees who represented the forum Al-Andalus and (3) forms were excluded for not obtaining answers Their proportion was (5.55%) of the research community.


The scale in its final form consisted of (36) items distributed over four dimensions which are (Organizational Learning, Organizational Memory, Organizational Environment, Facing Internal and External Threats)


The researcher concluded that the following:


- Building a Measure of Organizational Immunity for the Nineveh Youth and Sports Directorate from the Perspective of Employees in its forums ، which consists of (36) items, possessing validity and reliability.
